We use the latest in digital printing solutions ensuring that all images and photos are perfectly re-produced. The Memorial Cards are then covered with a gloss lamination, giving them both a quality feel and a long lasting protection.

Each pack contains our full colour product catalogue and various sample cards which demonstrate the superior quality of our products. Also included are a price list and an order form.

We aim to provide you with a proof of your card designs, for approval, within five working days of receipt of order. At times of high demand this may be slightly longer. Once approved, completed orders are usually dispatched within 72 hours. We use a combination of Royal Mail Standard Post/Special Delivery, and Courier Services depending on the weight and value of the package. N.B. Due to drying times, Memorial Candles will take a few days longer to dispatch.
Where orders are required sooner than the Delivery ETA detailed above, for example, for a funeral or for an anniversary, we will (where possible) prioritise your order. Please state date required in the ‘Special Requirements’ section within the ordering process, or call us on: 028 9024 0052 / RoI 048 9024 0052.
Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of initial order placement in writing by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If no design work has been carried out, we will offer a full refund. We do not refund orders once the proofs have been sent to the customer.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the proof is correct in all areas. Please be sure to double-check spelling, dates, grammar, layout and design before approving artwork. If a proof containing errors is approved by the customer, customer is responsible for payment of all original costs of printing.
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a high resolution photograph, we recommend 300dpi or above. No refunds will be offered if the photographs provided by the customer are of low resolution and result in poor print quality.
If your cards arrive incorrect due to errors on our part, a free reprint will be offered. If your order was dispatched by us within the specified turnaround but is delayed, lost or stolen whilst in the care of the postal services then a free reprint will be offered.
We reserve the right to make changes to this Policy when and where necessary.
