What is a Memorial Card?

A Memorial Card is a tribute to someone who has passed away. It is a personalised card with a photograph or selection of photographs, the deceased name and details. It may also contain a poem or prayers, or wording chosen by the family. Memorial Cards are often referred to by a variety of names. They may be called  Memorial Cards, Remembrance Cards, Memoriam Cards, Funeral Cards, Memory Cards or Prayer Cards.

I am unsure of what my Memorial Card will turn out like, can I receive a sample?

For peace of mind you have the option of receiving a free proof of your card for approval before it is printed. This will be sent via email (or post if requested).

What is the turnaround time from when my order is placed?

We aim to send your proof within five to seven working days of receipt of order. Once approved, cards are usually completed and dispatched within a few days.

I require my cards urgently, can you help?

If you require your cards urgently e.g. for a funeral or for an anniversary service, we will prioritise your order where possible. Please state date required in the ‘Special Requirements’ section within the ordering process.

Can I include a scenic image and verses of my own instead of one of yours?

You may include your own image and verses at no additional charge. Please follow the directions within the ordering process.

How can I place my order?

Online: The quickest way to place your order is via our website. Choose your products and customise. You will be prompted to upload a photograph(s) of the deceased. For ‘In My Life’ Range orders, please contact our team to discuss your requirements.

By Post: Please complete your paper order form and return to our offices. Please include a photograph of the deceased. Cheques/Postal orders should be made payable to ‘Eternity’. You can download and print an order form here.

At our offices: If you prefer to speak to us in person, please feel free to visit us at our offices where a member of our team will guide you through the ordering process. Our opening hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. No appointment is necessary.

All orders must be paid for in full before dispatch. You can pay for your order by sending us a cheque or postal order made payable to ‘Eternity’. Alternatively, you can pay by credit/debit card by phone or call in person at our offices.

Can I purchase extra memorial cards if I have not ordered enough?

Yes, all memorial card orders are archived for 1 year from when your initial order is completed and dispatched. Please email us at [email protected] with your requirements or call us on 028 90240052

In which format should I supply images/photographs?

You can supply images in either hard-copy format or in digital format i.e. JPEG, TIFF, PDF, Word Doc, Publisher or Photoshop. We can edit these in any way you require e.g. remove backgrounds or blemishes, reduce ‘red-eye’, and brighten the colours.  We advise that you supply an image which is as clear as possible so that the reproduction will be as high quality as possible on the finished product.
